Introduction to Tapping: A Stress Management Workshop

In this informal session led by The Arukah Project, we will explore Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as Tapping — an innovative, evidence-based somatic practice for managing stress and anxiety. The session will introduce the science and research supporting EFT, including its applications for reducing test-taking anxiety, depression, presentation anxiety, teacher burnout, and PTSD. Participants will have the opportunity to experience Tapping firsthand and learn how to apply it as a practical, self-help tool for emotional regulation and stress reduction. No prior experience is required.

💬 What to expect:

• Practical tips you can use straight away

• Supportive atmosphere

• Space to share (if you want to!) and listen

Take a break from your studies and invest a little time in your mental wellbeing — your future self will thank you.
