Calling all Reps! We would like to invite you to our next Rep Conference - RepFest. This will be an event for you to gather more information about your role - hear from services such as Careers and Employability and Cadi. This will be a great opportunity for you to network with your peers and develop your skills as a rep further.

During the session we’ll also be joined by our Academic Experience Officer Marija Solic where she would be more than happy to any questions that you may have.

Empathy and Emotional Intelligence Session

This training session focuses on developing skills in empathy and emotional intelligence. We will look at strategies to understand and manage emotions while recognizing and responding to the emotions of others.

Feedback and Analytics Session

This session provides techniques for gathering feedback and leveraging analytics for improvement and decision-making. We will learn how to use feedback, and interpret data insights.

Stress Management and resilience 

We understand that being a rep can become emotionally draining so we want to me sure you're as prepared as possible for it. During this training well be going through understanding resilience and the barriers associated with it. Along with understanding stress and ways to manage it. We will also provide you with information on how to deal with situations you may face as a rep and how to navigate them.
