The Holistic Group focuses on well-being and wellness. We aim to create a space and time in the week for everyone to take a break and de-stress, spending time on yourself within the busy timetable of University. We are a lovely community that enjoys making friends and we have a broad range of social events throughout the year.

We meet weekly to do relaxing activities such as Yoga, Mindfulness Colouring, and enjoy a chill chat with a coffee or tea. We also do Brunches, Crafternoons, and have been to Artypotz (Pottery Painting) several times. So come join us for a break amongst the chaos of University lectures and assessments.
