The Holistic Group focuses on community, well being and relaxing. We are all about creating a space during the busy uni timetable to relax and to spend time on yourself while making friends in our lovely little community.

We meet weekly to do yoga, poetry and other relaxing activities. Some of our other endeavours include brunch, talking about books/movies/games, crafternoons, board games and many more.
