Make your voice heard
Student and Sabbatical Officers represent you to the University, the local community and nationally. Choosing the best students to lead your Union is up to you. Use your vote and make your voice heard by choosing the next leaders of the Union.
A strong voter turnout gives the elected officers a more powerful remit. The more students that vote, the more representative elected officers will be when in office.
Thanks for voting!
We would like to thank every student for voting, for making your voice heard and supporting the democratic process. To say ‘Thank You’, the Union has negotiated a number of voter benefits exclusive to student voters.
After voting, you can collect an Elections benefits wristband (whilst stocks last).
Wear your wristband to:
- Show candidates and Elections staff that you’ve already voted (and they shouldn’t bother your any further!)
- Receive 10% off purchases in the Union Shop (excluding select items)
- Claim free upgrade on regular to large hot drinks all-week at University catering outlets
- The earlier you vote the more you can get out of your Union wristband!
