Have the library be open 24 hours during Christmas term as people have dissertations and deadlines

Many courses have unit deadlines around December and the library gets packed by October. It would make sense for the library to be open 24 hours a day from September, especially for 3rd years who are working on dissertations. Focusing the library opening hours around the summer exams doesn't work since many courses are structured to have deadlines spread out throughout the year. It's really frustrating not being able to find a free computer when work needs to be done, and longer hours would mean more access rather than having to leave by midnight regardless if you're finished with your work.
