VIP (Volunteering In Portsmouth) is our student-led group who undertake community volunteering projects. There are lots of opportunities to get involved in one off events such as Beach Cleans and Donation Days.

The University’s Careers and Employability Service volunteering team actively works with 140 local and national charities and non-for-profit organisations. They help with volunteering searches and applications, whether you are looking for experience that links to your course, career aspirations or addressing skills gaps in your CV.

Over the last 5 years students have raised over £1,000,000 for local and national causes. Whether you are holding a bake sale or trekking through Peru the money you raise benefits those in need and we're really proud of the amazing work our students do.
