A shuttle bus from The Hard to the Union for students travelling using the ferries or trains

Many students travel from outside of Portsmouth, but have no sheltered way to make it to the Union. Even though it is only a 15-20 minute walk it is horrendous during storms, or for those with disabilities. Therefore a shuttle bus going to and from the union would be much appreciated. The Hard is a bus station, and there are other buses available to get nearer to university from there, however these can double the journey time and mean additional travel.
