How Will This Idea Benefit Students?

It just seems a little strange to me that we've put a lot of thought in to putting specialised handles on the bathroom doors & installed Dyson hand dryers in bathrooms, yet if I want to fill a bottle of water up I have to use the same style of drinking fountain I used in primary school in the early 90s! Apart from being somewhat unsanitary, it takes a long time. It's not uncommon to have to wait in line when the library gets busier in exam season.
