StressLess Staunton Farm Trip
-
Tuesday 28th Apr 10:00 - Tuesday 28th Apr 15:00
- From £6.00
- Neptune Building
Escape the city with a relaxing trip to Staunton Farm 🌿
StressLess Week is inspired by the NHS 5 Ways to Wellbeing, and for this session we are focusing on Connect. Connecting is about building relationships, spending time with others, and feeling part of something. It can also mean reconnecting with yourself and the world around you, especially when life starts to feel a little overwhelming.
Join us for a trip to the farm. We'll meet outside Neptune House, and head out to Staunton Farm, located in the heart of Havant, where you’ll find a whole range of friendly animals from pigs, sheep, goats and chickens to llamas and alpacas. It’s the perfect place to wander at your own pace, meet the animals, learn a little about nature, and enjoy the calm of the gardens.
There’s no pressure to rush or follow a strict plan. You can explore, take photos, chat with others, or just enjoy being somewhere a bit quieter and greener than usual.
After the farm, we’ll make our way into Staunton Country Park for a laid-back picnic. Bring your own lunch, find a nice spot on the grass, and take some time to properly switch off. Whether you’re catching up with friends or just enjoying a peaceful moment to yourself, it’s a simple way to recharge.
We’ll head back to the Union together afterwards, hopefully feeling a little lighter and a lot more refreshed.
It’s an easy, feel-good day out and the perfect way to take a break from everything.
Escape to the farm and enjoy the moo-ment 🐄
