Information Fair is coming to campus this StressLess Week. (Just turn up! No ticket needed.)

StressLess Week is all about the NHS 5 Ways to Wellbeing. These are simple actions that can genuinely lift your mood and support your mental wellbeing: things like connecting with others, getting active, noticing what’s around you, learning new things, and giving back. Throughout the week we’re highlighting each one and showing how small changes can make a big difference.

Today’s focus is Keep Learning. This is all about trying something new, discovering what’s available to you, and picking up ideas, skills, or inspiration that make you feel good. And to help you do exactly that, we’re bringing an Information and Support Fair right to campus.

You’ll be able to chat with student services and external organisations who can support you with mental health, academic skills, stress, and anything else on your mind. It’s relaxed, friendly, and all in one place so you can explore at your own pace.

And yes, the therapy dogs will be here. Properly here. Ready to be petted, adored, and absolutely steal your heart. They’re the perfect excuse to stop for a moment, breathe, and reset. Honestly, they might be the best part of your week.

Our student societies will also be running taster sessions where you can try something new just for fun, meet people, and maybe even find a new hobby or interest.

We’ll have light snacks and drinks too, so you can wander, chat, pet dogs, learn something new, and take whatever you need from the day.

Oh… and did I mention there will be dogs? 🐶
