University can be expensive. The Student Pantry provides a simple, affordable way to access food and everyday essentials when you need them.
The pantry is now an online request service. You can browse the products available below, tell us what you would like through the request form, and our team will prepare your order for collection.
Each request costs £5. You can choose up to 10 items, including up to 3 items from our household and personal care range.
How does it work?
There's no need to visit the pantry to choose your items. Simply make your request online and we'll get everything ready for you.

Collect and pay
We'll prepare your order for you. Come along on one of the collection days and pay £5 when you collect it.

A few things to know before you order.
£5 per request
Each pantry request costs £5. You pay when you collect your prepared order.
Up to 10 items
You can choose up to 10 items in total from the available categories.
Maximum 3 household items
Household and personal care products are limited to a maximum of 3 items per request.
Stock changes
Items are subject to availability and the range may change regularly.
Pay when you collect
There is no need to pay online. Your £5 payment is made when you collect your order.
Collection days
Orders can be collected on the collection days shown in the information provided after you submit your request.
