What's On

At UPSU's Advice Service, we offer confidential, impartial and non-judgemental support on a range of academic and university issues that may affect your experience. Our team of trained advisers are on hand all year round to offer help where it's needed. The independent service works closely with the University of Portsmouth to resolve issues and ensure students are treated fairly.

UPSU are here to represent every student at the University of Portsmouth. We have many ways you can express your student voice, including: our Course Rep system, Have Your Say, Student Council, StART, Hot Topic, Annual Survey, Focus Groups, and more! Student Groups are a great development opportunity and a great place to find new friends, build a community and have a sense of belonging whilst at University!

Adopt a Plant & Design a Pot

Come and design your own plant pot and adopt a succulent plant to bring some green to your living space!

As part of Green Week 2024, we wanted to raise awareness of how important biodiversity is to protecting our planet. So come and chill in the common room, check out the Eco Fayre whilst here, adopt a plant, design a pot and find out some information on how you can support biodiversity on campus and wider.

This event will be running throughout the day at the Eco Fayre & Market held in the Student Union Common Room from 10am-3pm.

*Please note that we only have 100 plants available for adoption over the two days that we are running this activity and will be run on a first come first served basis
