At UPSU's Advice Service, we offer confidential, impartial and non-judgemental support on a range of academic and university issues that may affect your experience. Our team of trained advisers are on hand all year round to offer help where it's needed. The independent service works closely with the University of Portsmouth to resolve issues and ensure students are treated fairly.

It’s time for Nerdvana 16 🎉 Coming to the Union on the 28th-29th of March over 24 hours, 7pm to 7pm!
This time we are bringing over 15 events from 13 different societies: Board Games, Gaming, Cinema, Anime, Jolly Roger, Esports, LGBT+, Music, IT, XR, Pure FM, Cosplay, Roleplaying Gaming!
The bake sale will also be making a return!
Charities
All money raised will go to the following charities:
Special Effect 🎮: helps physically disabled people, specifically children, be able to play video games.
Mermaids 🏳️⚧️: supporting transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse children and young people, as well as their families and professionals involved in their care.
Queen Elizabeth Foundation 🗣️: helping children and adults with physical and learning disabilities learn new skills and increase independence.
Tickets
Tickets are £5 with an optional increased donation to £7.50 or £10 if you can afford it. The £5 ticket still gets you access to everything Nerdvana has to offer!

£ 10.00General Admission Price of £5 plus an increased donation of an extra £5 to our chosen charities. All money raised will go to the following charities:
