StressLess Week is following the NHS 5 Ways to Wellbeing, and today we are focusing on Take Notice. This is about slowing down, paying attention to the world around you, and letting yourself appreciate moments you might usually rush past. When everything feels a bit hectic, noticing the small things can make a surprisingly big difference.

On Tuesday afternoon we are taking a gentle walk together along Southsea seafront. It is the perfect chance to breathe, look around, and let the fresh air do its thing. You can take in the view, the sound of the waves, the feeling of sand or pebbles under your feet, or just the calm of being outside with good company.

When we reach the beach, you will have the chance to get creative in whatever way feels right for you. We will bring all the supplies so you can paint a canvas to take home, collect shells and make a collage, or join in with our Pebbles of Positivity. You are also welcome to simply wander, take in the moment, and enjoy the space. And if grabbing a Wimpy burger becomes part of the adventure, that just makes the afternoon even better!

We will walk back together afterwards feeling a little calmer, a little lighter, and hopefully a little more connected to the world around us.
