What's On

At UPSU's Advice Service, we offer confidential, impartial and non-judgemental support on a range of academic and university issues that may affect your experience. Our team of trained advisers are on hand all year round to offer help where it's needed. The independent service works closely with the University of Portsmouth to resolve issues and ensure students are treated fairly.

UPSU are here to represent every student at the University of Portsmouth. We have many ways you can express your student voice, including: our Course Rep system, Have Your Say, Student Council, StART, Hot Topic, Annual Survey, Focus Groups, and more! Student Groups are a great development opportunity and a great place to find new friends, build a community and have a sense of belonging whilst at University!

UniLife Cardiff Trip

Thursday 27th Feb – Sunday 1st March

Spend a long weekend exploring Cardiff with this social and easy-going trip. We will depart Portsmouth at 8 AM from outside the SU Building, travelling by private coach with your trained UniLife Trip Leader and stay for two nights in a highly rated hostel. The weekend includes a guided walking tour of the city, a group visit to the National Museum and time at Cardiff Market, as well as plenty of free time to explore the city and nightlife. Accommodation, return transport and planned activities are included. Meals and optional attractions are not included. We will return to Portsmouth on the evening of Sunday 1st March.

Tickets go live on 9th January at 12 PM and will be available to purchase via the link. Tickets sales close on 30/01/26. Capacity is limited so early booking is highly recommended.
