The Black Women's Project is a community that uplifts and empowers Black women, creating a space where they feel seen and represented.

We aim to create a community where Black women can make new friends, celebrate their identities and cultures, build their confidence and discover their full potential! Through social events, workshops,  guest speakers and collaborations, we want our members to not only grow personally but academically and professionally as well.

At the heart of BWP, we believe that we thrive when we have a strong community that supports and encourages us - a place where we can dream big and reach our potential.

We are so excited to see what this year brings and we are even more excited to welcoming new students joining Portsmouth.  For more information, our upcoming events and updates, please follow our social media pages: Instagram - @bwp.portsmouth and TikTok - @bwp.portsmouth!
