Welcome to our Space Society! As our name suggests, we are a group of curious individuals who are fascinated by the historic and future knowledge of our Universe, working closely with the University of Portsmouth's very own Institute of Cosmology and Gravitation. We aim to provide a relaxing and friendly environment for anyone who is interested, whether you enjoy star-gazing and watch the occasional YouTube video or know 100 exoplanets and have been to the moon, everyone is welcome!

As a member of our society, you will be invited to all the events we have lined up for you. This would include fortnightly meetings which will vary from educational sessions, such as:

- Talks from astrophysics lectures and guests

- Film and documentary nights

As well as social events, such as:

- Midnight stargazing

- Museums

- Planetariums

- Purple Wednesday (Student Night Out)

- Low-key meet ups at the Student's Union

- And many more!
