University of Portsmouth Five A Side Society 25/26

Welcome to the University of Portsmouth Social Five-A-Side Society! Whether you've been playing football for years or have fallen out of love with the game, our society aims to create a welcoming environment for everyone regardless of ability.

Who are we?

We started this society less than a year ago at the back of a lecture theatre, however in that time we managed to secure over 80 members, win the UPSU Best new group award out of 140 soceities and secure numerous sponsorship's helping us to expand the society.

What we offer…for only £35 a year

• Mondays and Tuesday nights at Langstone Sports Site (the Uni's sport complex) from 7pm - 9pm with over 5000 minutes of football on offer! These matches will be part of a league format, which will be casual yet competitive, spanning an entire year.
• New this year will be a ‘Champions/Europa league playoff' and mid season ’FA cup' style competition.
• We also offer socials every Wednesday night with organised themes and numerous events throughout the year - pub quiz's, charity events, awards nights and much more!
