General Meeting Results
The results of the General Meeting 2022!

On Wednesday 16th February 2022 the Union held a meeting to approve the new articles of association.
A total of 79 students attended the meeting. The result was as follows:
In Favour: 61
Against: 1
Abstain: 5
Spoilt: 12
The articles have therefore been approved. These articles can be viewed here.
The articles will now be sent to the University of Portsmouth Board of Governors and the Charity Commission for approval. Once this has happened the articles will be enacted and replace the previous Memorandum and Articles of Association.
We would like to thank all those who attended and engaged with the process.
The minutes of the meeting will be circulated by the start of next week.
