What's On

At UPSU's Advice Service, we offer confidential, impartial and non-judgemental support on a range of academic and university issues that may affect your experience. Our team of trained advisers are on hand all year round to offer help where it's needed. The independent service works closely with the University of Portsmouth to resolve issues and ensure students are treated fairly.

UPSU are here to represent every student at the University of Portsmouth. We have many ways you can express your student voice, including: our Course Rep system, Have Your Say, Student Council, StART, Hot Topic, Annual Survey, Focus Groups, and more! Student Groups are a great development opportunity and a great place to find new friends, build a community and have a sense of belonging whilst at University!

The Great Big Student Survey 2021

The Great Big Student Survey is BACK! It takes only 10 minutes to make CHANGE!

Drum roll please! That's right it's time for our GREAT BIG STUDENT SURVEY!

We take issues we know are important to students and ask you questions on what you think!

This survey is to find out what your priorities are and to make sure we're focusing on them.

We'll be looking at four different areas:

Your priorities throughout your time at University
The priorities of your Elected Officers
Your priorities of your welfare and development
Your priorities for how you're represented

By completing this survey you're directing how and what we work on, now and in the future.

All students who complete the survey will be entered into our prize draw worth over £200, including:

20% Union Shop discount code for all student respondents (Valid from 1st-12th November)
