Position Information
- You will play a key role in managing the delivery of the group’s objectives
- Be responsible for all communications, working together with other committee members (social media is delegated to relevant committee member where appropriate)
- Be responsible for meeting minutes, distribution of minutes, and following up on minute actions
- Organise all meetings with President and VP (where relevant) - including AGM, EGM and general meetings, stepping in to chair if President or VP are unavailable
- Liaise with other committee members (ie events/social sec) on planning of all events
- Work with President on annual committee handover
- Organise storage when needed
- Be friendly and approachable
- Attend Committee Fest and Groups Zones
