Nerdvana 13 is nearly here! Time to party! 🥳
We are composed of twelve societies, collaborating in the name of charity to host the best and nerdiest event of the year. The event is from 7PM to 7PM on the 24th to the 25th of November, a whole 24 hours of activities happening all the time at the Student Union. This event is not one to miss out on! ⏰
100% of earnings from the event will go to charity. This year, we will be donating the money to Special Effect and White Ribbon. Special Effect is a charity that advocates for better inclusion in gaming, as well as creating new technology to improve the lives of people who live with physical challenges. Our second charity is White Ribbon. They are dedicated to preventing the root problems around masculinity that continue violence and inequality against women.
