Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for the finances of the society, which includes booking event spaces, purchasing equipment, and reimbursing committee members if purchases must be made in-person. The Treasurer and the President are the only two committee members with access to the group finances, and will typically work closely on these matters.

As Treasurer your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and reporting on the society finances, both to the rest of the committee and to the Union.
• Managing the purchase of assets, transport, or booking of event spaces
• Ensuring that all purchases are handled responsibly, smoothly, and through the official channels
