Assessment period is intense. Stressless is your space to slow things down, switch off from deadlines, and focus on feeling good — all in one place.

Designed with students in mind, Stressless brings together creativity, support, and time out from studying in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

On the day, you can expect:

Creative activities including journal making and aspiration / vision boards

Tote bag making — practical, creative, and easy to get stuck into

Free food and drinks throughout the event

A comfortable social space to relax, chat, and reset

Local charities and support services offering guidance and signposting

The Students’ Union Advice Service available for assessment worries and study-related concerns

A goodie bag for all attendees

Alongside the main activities, there’ll be a few extra touches built into the day to help you properly unwind and enjoy the space, making it easy to stay, take your time, and get the most out of it.

Stressless is about stepping away from assessment pressure and giving yourself permission to pause — whether you’re coming with friends or taking some time for yourself.
