At UPSU's Advice Service, we offer confidential, impartial and non-judgemental support on a range of academic and university issues that may affect your experience. Our team of trained advisers are on hand all year round to offer help where it's needed. The independent service works closely with the University of Portsmouth to resolve issues and ensure students are treated fairly.

UPSU are here to represent every student at the University of Portsmouth. We have many ways you can express your student voice, including: our Course Rep system, Have Your Say, Student Council, StART, Hot Topic, Annual Survey, Focus Groups, and more! Student Groups are a great development opportunity and a great place to find new friends, build a community and have a sense of belonging whilst at University!

Move, stretch, and reset with Mat Pilates brought to you by Chelsea from Flourish & Thrive Fitness! Chelsea is a qualified instructor who focuses on abdominal engagement, spinal strength, precision and control through movement. Whether you are completely new to Pilates or already familiar with it, this is a chance to slow things down, focus on your breathing, and move in a way that feels good for you.

We hope to see you there… it will be mat-nificent! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

REQUIREMENTS

Please wear comfortable, sensible clothing that you can move in easily, and bring some water with you to stay hydrated. Some mats will be provided, but we recommend bringing your own if you have one.

This is a relaxed and supportive space, so just come as you are and take it at your own pace.

This ticket entitles you to attend a 1 hour guided Mat Pilates session, led by a qualified instructor, and designed to be calm, accessible, and suitable for all abilities. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring some water with you. Some mats will be provided but we recommend bringing your own.
