lessons are run by our amazing instructor Chlo (they/she/he). Lessons are 1 hour long and will be divided by level, beginner/intermediate classes. 

lessons are amazing to help you excel in your pole skills but they aren't compulsory! don't forget to use your 1 free lesson before you purchase!

simply purchase a lesson and book yourself onto the Google form in order to secure your spot! lessons happen on Tuesdays and Fridays!

HOW TO BOOK:

similar to the taster sessions please write your name AND up number on the booking sheet before paying for lessons, this is to ensure you have a space!

Please keep proof of purchase as you may be asked to show this upon entry into your lesson!
