Welcome to the Dramatic Musical Society, where we enjoy all things Broadway and West End.

By joining the society you get to perform in our cabarets and showcases. We will be doing:

1. Halloween Cabaret Night
2. Christmas Showcase
3. February Cabaret Night
4. Society Showcase (an event alongside many of the performance societies, ran by us).

During the year we will also be holding cabarets in order to raise money towards the Society Showcase and hosting events throughout the year. With weekly rehearsals developing solo songs, group numbers, fun scenes in an engaging group dynamic. 

What does a weekly session look like? We typically start with a fun game and some warm up exercise to begin a session. Then moving on to our project work, whether its solo songs, a fun group number, workshops or writing our own musical.

DMS is a collaborative society always supporting ideas from members to work on whatever they would like towards our performances. We create a supportive environment, constantly giving feedback and developing confidence. 

You don't have to be the best singer or dancer to join! Fun is our main aim!
