What's On

At UPSU's Advice Service, we offer confidential, impartial and non-judgemental support on a range of academic and university issues that may affect your experience. Our team of trained advisers are on hand all year round to offer help where it's needed. The independent service works closely with the University of Portsmouth to resolve issues and ensure students are treated fairly.

UPSU are here to represent every student at the University of Portsmouth. We have many ways you can express your student voice, including: our Course Rep system, Have Your Say, Student Council, StART, Hot Topic, Annual Survey, Focus Groups, and more! About Filipino Group

Mabuhay! Welcome to the University of Portsmouth Filipino Society

Our mission is to build an inclusive Filipino community on campus - a space where we can celebrate Filipino values, culture, and identity together. We want our members to grow, connect, and learn new skills through the events we’ll be hosting this year, all while making fun, wholesome, and unforgettable memories.

We’ll be running sports sessions, game nights, karaoke socials, and so much more. We’re also planning collaborations not only with other societies at Portsmouth, but with Filipino societies across the UK too!

Whether you’re Filipino, part‑Filipino, or simply love the culture, you’re welcome in our FilSoc family.
