Revise and Recharge at the Students' Union

Assessment season can be stressful, and sometimes the hardest part is finding a space where you can focus, stay motivated, and get things done.

That's why we're opening Meeting Room 3 as a dedicated revision space for students during the assessment period.

Whether you're revising for exams, writing assignments, catching up on reading, or working through your to-do list, you're welcome to drop in and use the space in whatever way works best for you. There is no booking required, no formal session, and no pressure. Come for half an hour or stay for the whole day – it's completely up to you.

Meeting Room 3 will provide a calm and comfortable environment where you can work independently, listen to your own music, organise your notes, and make progress away from the distractions of home or busy study spaces.

The Advice Service will be based just a few steps away, so if something is worrying you, you're unsure about a University process, or you simply want to talk something through, support is close by. Whilst this isn't an advice appointment, our team will be nearby if you need guidance or want to find out what support is available.

We'll also have tea, coffee and refreshments available to help keep you going throughout the day.

Sometimes a change of environment is all it takes to find your focus.

So grab your laptop, notes or textbooks and join us in Meeting Room 3. Find a seat, take a breath, and make some progress towards your next deadline.
