If you feel as though you need to speak to someone regarding any of the above and it's impact on your mental wellbeing and/or academic experience there are these University and Student's Union services below which you can speak to.

UoP Student Wellbeing Service, provide free mental health, wellbeing and counselling support. We work in partnership with you to fulfil your academic potential and have a meaningful university experience.

UPSU Advice Service, offer confidential, impartial and non-judgemental support on a range of academic and university issues that may affect your experience.
